Without a doubt, many church buildings are the most attractive and beautiful structures in the areas where they exist. I first learned to appreciate that concept when I was living in Europe back in my 20's. Their beauty helps create a connection between people of similar belief systems and the larger community. No matter the size or architectural style, I love the challenge of capturing the grace and beauty of a church in a painting!
